2023-2025 COMMERCIAL GASPEREAU FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR FOR EASTERN NEW BRUNSWICK
Tracadie, NB – May 17, 2023 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is announcing the 2023-2025 management measures and opening dates for the 2023 commercial gaspereau fishery for Eastern New Brunswick (ENB). The fishing season for each water course was established in consultation with industry members and details can be found in the attached Annex 1.
Tracadie (NB) – Avril 24, 2023 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is announcing the
opening dates and management measures for the commercial scallop fishery in Scallop Fishing
Area (SFA) 21, sub-area 21B, for 2023. Opening dates and management measures for the scallop
fishery in the sub-area 21A and 21C will be published in a subsequent Notice to Fish Harvesters.
